Fusilli with Roasted Vegetables and Parmesan Cream
Roasted artichoke hearts, eggplant, red bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion tossed in a rich sauce of heavy cream, garlic, white wine and parmesan. Served on fusilli pasta.
